Lauren Ash Morgan is co-founder and artistic director of Speech of Fire, a new theatre company. From 2014 through 2019, she served as artistic director of Seoul Shakespeare Company. When she was the Artistic Director of SSC she also was the company's producer costume/set designer writer/music director as well as a text coach. The last year of her tenure she served as director of lighting and design in SSC's production of King Lear. She had directed from the group, but last year made her directorial debut.
